• Refine project budget and timeframe for completion
• Propose consultants and specialists – may include town planners, engineers or quantity surveyors

Stage 3 – Design Development

• Develop design scope and complexity
• Deliver concept design package aided by detailed drawings and 3D representations using REVIT software
• Engage with consultants and specialists
• Consider heritage implications in the design

Stage 4 – Technical Documentation and Council Submission

• Prepare drawings and submission documentation for council approval
• Prepare detailed drawings and building plans for tender and construction
